Author
Ben is a professional photographer, outdoor guide, and expedition leader. He has led numerous expeditions, first descents, and shared new corners of the world with people through his photography. Companies that want outdoor branding turn to Ben for his unique ability to obtain photos from some of the most remote parts of the world. Extreme sports and extreme environments are second nature to Ben; If you want a shot, he can get it.
Chelsey V.
Author
Chelsey has skills that stretch all over the map. From teaching graphic design and animation to guiding rafting tours down the Ahansel River in Morocco, she is always ready to learn more and explore something new. She keeps up to date with the rapidly changing media industry by researching upcoming methods and practicing new techniques to improve her skills. She has pursued training in whitewater all over the world – even if it meant learning Japanese. She relaxes in her downtime by doing yoga and playing the ukulele.
Jaeden M.
Author
Jaeden’s passion has been working in the outdoor industry as both a guide and educator. He has spent countless hours leading and teaching groups of people from around the world throughout the Algonquin interior, the French River, and the Georgian Bay. Although Jaeden is fairly new to the content creation world, he hopes that his keen eye for style will lend itself well to the outdoor industry. In his spare time, Jaeden likes to coach ultimate frisbee and play chess.

Saige has a passion for learning new things and educating others. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she established her own platform, The Sustainable Switch, to share her research and opinions on a number of topics. Saige is exceptionally skilled at being succinct in her writing – making complicated legal or scientific information easy for anyone to understand. With numerous interests in sustainability, socioeconomics and human behaviour, Saige works hard to research, analyze, and summarize current issues for her readers. When she isn’t writing, Saige loves to spend her time reading, drawing, and cooking.

Sam E.
Author
Sam is an experienced Kayaker and outdoor education guide. This has led him around the world kayaking in the UK, French Alps, Nepal and first descents in Malaysia. As well as Kayaking, Sam is a climbing and ropes enthusiast. In a previous role, Sam was responsible for all Water sport and Rope based PPE inspection including rope access. He currently resides in Banff, Canada where he can enjoy the Rockies powder whilst selling Technical outdoor apparel in town.

Addie is an avid whitewater kayaker originally from Ontario. She developed a passionate love for big water and big beatdowns on the Ottawa river. After many years abroad, she is currently shredding in British Columbia, with aspirations to explore more multi-day kayaking adventures in Canada. Addie also has a small custom clothing business, Fireduck Productions.
